Graceful Horizon
An Adult Day Respite
GRACEFUL HORIZON is a non-profit organization with a 501(c)3 designation that will be designed as a center for older adults needing day supervision or social engagement outside the home in a safe secure setting.
According to the National Adult Day Services Association (NADSA), there are more than 7500 ADULT DAY RESPITE PROGRAMS currently in the US providing services to older adults. For participants, adult day programs provide social interaction, mental stimulation, physical activities and nutritious meals. Some offer health services as well.
For family caregivers, adult day centers offer a break from constant caregiving duties. Caregivers are then able to work and run errands without safety concerns for their loved ones.
Our Program is designed to offer relief to family members and caregivers
